For the past couple of weeks the psoriatic arthritis has been getting worse, and because of that I'm now getting a flare up of psoriasis too.
It's been unusually damp here for the time of year so I'm thinking it's because of that. The Stelara never was so good when it's damp, and it has got me thinking that is why some people say it doesn't help psoriatic arthritis much. If you live in a damp area it's not going to work so well as it does in a dry area. So for example Dave on Stelara live in the North of the UK and often says it doesn't work so well for him as it does for me in the Middle of France, obviously we are all different but I'm comparing with Dave as we are both on 90mg.
Ok lets get this done. Scores!
Psoriasis score: Up from 3 to 9
Psoriatic arthritis score: Up from 4 to 18
Well there you have it

This time ,for me, the Stelara has not been as good as it's tending to tail off around week 8 and I am getting a few more patches this time . It never has worked that well for me on the PsA and at the moment I am having to take a larger dose of Tramadol to compensate .
My next delivery is on this Friday to take sometime over the weekend so I am hoping that it kicks in and sorts the patches out but as Fred say's it never has worked well for me and where I live the cold and damp has been as big feature this year with the cold damp wind straight off the sea.
Are you taking more painkillers Fred like me or are you putting up with it, all the work you are doing in the garden will not help at all, I cleared one of the cupboards out the other day and I could hardly move next day.
What score I am on I don't really know as I have always had difficulty assessing myself , the mention of Cosentyx is interesting as when I made my last dermatology visit he told me that he had just started using it.
I don't think that I am as bad as you Fred but I am careful what physical work I do and the extra driving I have been doing when Clare was in hospital is still giving me problems with my joints . I don't know how you do all the gardening that you do Fred it would kill me off.
