Three more pml cases with higher range lymphopaenia were mentioned, so it would be of interest to read the case reports. Many a time effective treatments have been stopped for this reason, so it raises the questions of how to counter the lymphocyte suppression, and if this is possible then how does raising the lymphocyte count affect DMF's efficacy?

The question is how it is possible to still get lymphopaenia while having high lympho counts, because that is what it suggests, am I right?
And then it is the question how this is related to DMF, or are more variables in the game?
