Thanks, Fred. There is no harm in being cautious, but as the authors state:

<We conclude that PML and other opportunistic infections have not been observed during FAE therapy without lymphocytopenia and in the presence of appropriate monitoring and drug-discontinuation rules.>

So provided you stay within the guidelines you are safe. I have added folic acid to the mix of late (~1 mg daily) to see whether it can increase my count.
