Dovobet Gel
I have been using dovobet gel on a few signicant spots for about 4 weeks. My dermatologist was quite excited when he prescribed it. I have seen no noticible improvements.
Has anyone had significant positive results

I keep a tube on standby and have had very good results with it, but you shouldn't overdue it and be careful how and where you use it. Also I've found it thins the skin and if you stop it suddenly the psoriasis can get worse, so wean yourself off it slowly and don't use it long term.
