to the forum I hope you will get some good advice here, unfortunately I haven't had pustular psoriasis so not sure what the dermatologist may offer you, as you have the disease on hands feet and scalp, it may be uv light treatment ...but I'm not sure

We also have an active off topic section where we go for relaxation where you can meet other members and join in the fun
Good luck with your search for relief from the itch ....you could try good quality coconut oil, many here use it
