It looks good on the higher doses 400mg twice daily has the best outcome at week 12 ....but that is quite a large dose but probably the lower doses may give similar clearance over a longer period

The study was very small with 60 participants some of which were treated with a placebo...

It's interesting but it would be good to see it rolled out in a bigger trial

These things take time Jim.

At least there are more things coming forward in the pipeline for people with psoriasis, and better to test slowly and build up to the bigger tests before going live.

Agreed and yes I suppose they need to start small incase they have terrible side effects when used on humans
