Hi and David. I hope you get some good advice for your psoriasis on the forum. It's well worth trawling through old posts, there is a treatment to suit most of us and reading other peoples experiences here may give you ideas to suggest to your dermatologist.
It sounds painful using a scrubbing brush on you skin, I think it' may be a blessing in disguise that you don't have a large bidet to bath in

well in reality it was a nail brush smeared with the soap, and I used it to scrub off the plaque from my thighs. The result was sore red skin followed by itching sent from hell for the next day or so, but it did work as I have only had spots appearing every winter on the same place. And i'll never need to depilate my thighs
