I think the cream you have chosen is a good moisturiser and I hope it does help you. But in my opinion you would be better getting a referral to a dermatologist, and get some conventional medication
There are many treatments that can help which your doctor cannot prescribe
And yes pictures are allowed here as long as they are your images and not promoting a product
There are not many rules, .... but those that we have are all agreed to on the registration, and are sensible and there to protect us all.....
