They are not saying the patients have leg ulcers and psoriasis, are they ?

They are comparing quality of life of two different things both conditions can make you miserable but they are not linked are they,

I wonder why they picked psoriasis and leg ulcers to compare, although they have come to a fairly logical conclusion
