Well lets talk about dimethylfumarates then.....

My intro may be so direct because I am Dutch, which means that I always say directly what I think.
No fuss, no going around, just plain and immediate.
Well, luckily it is not that bad, I can be more subtle if necessary.
You seem to have been on the treatments of your skin mainly during the last 50 years. As Fred stated, there is a whole scala of Biological and some other treatments with medication, where dimethylfumarates are part of. Search on the forum and you will find threads that talk about these different treatments.
There is a lot to read so take your time, and if you have questions, then just post them.
