My experience is different.
I don't have that at all, but for some situations that we all have sometimes, e.g. a sleeping arm if you are in your bed and your arm was too long lying above your head. Or on the motorcycle if I grip the gashandle too long too firmly.

I don't have any numbness because of my PsA, except for a little stiff fingers in the morning, which is gone far before I step out of the shower.
