Thanks, Jim. If it is mild then I wonder why popping the odd analgesic wouldn't be a better option? Mtx sounds a bit drastic like a waste of time.

Guys, if necessary I use something called PEA Pure.
It is a painkiller and inflammation reducer. Do a google for it. It is claimed to be a more natural product than the aspirin's.
I think it helps... it works in a subtle way.
