Are you using nsaids? You might also be able to try concentrating the doses, but I am not sure if it would work like the raw stuff.
No I'm not using anything except Fumaderm, I'm managing quite well and the pain is only bad in the mornings I try not to sit around for too long as that does cause stiffness and hurts.
I haven't tried concentrating the dose yet but I will hold that in reserve for maybe later if I feel brave
I hope your blood test will be good and everything is within normal limits
