@Grizzly Thank you. Yes you can eat it but I think it's only beneficial if you eat around 2 - 3 Table spoons a day. I don't think I could go for that as it would be like chomping on Lard. I've heard of people spreading it on toast and using it as a cooking oil, I did try it once for popcorn and it was ok but I stopped making popcorn as I kept burning the pan. (I never could get it right with popcorn)
As for Tiger Balm I'll have to ask Caroline what she thinks. But I don't think it would help to be honest as my psoriatic arthritis is all over the place and it's designed for muscle pain, plus I think it's far to expensive for what it is so I'll give it a miss.

Yes mine is much worse on the damp cold days. It had been a nice mild winter until this last couple of weeks and now it's all damp and I hate it. End of this month and we will be in Spring then we can dance naked around the trees again.
