Good choice the full articles are never that much better, there is just more waffle.  

And the conclusions will be the same  

Yep the Background, Objectives, Methods, Results and conclusions are the same, just a lot longer and in more detail. Sometimes it's just pages of graphs, but yes the final result is exactly the same.
