Fred pretty much summed up what I'd say as well. The topical stuff worked the same for me, it helped a bit with itching, but overall didn't really help. From what I've read from members here, it's pretty much topicals, oral then biologics which goes with what my dermatologist said the order of treatment would be. The good part is that you can read up on different treatments here and be a bit more informed when you see your doctor as to what you would like to try if given any choice. Sometimes ... they don't really give you a choice. Good luck!
