Hi Keely
Used it fairly recently. Coal tars are the only thing that has had any appreciable effect with me. One was quite good but our interfering EU cousins banned it. Sebco is a reasonable replacement but its only supposed to be prescribed for scalp treatment so you would need a helpfull Doc but would never stick it on your face. Slap it on for as long as you can tolerate up to about an hour and shower off. I found Tubigrip tube bandages over the sludge helped stop everything from staining. I only used it once a day. I doubt 2 weeks would be enough to clear it unless you are very lucky. As for the smell, its stinks like you have just bathed in Jeyes fluid. There was a light CTar lotion came in a green plastic bottle for my face but never needed it, can't for the life of me remember its name.
Good to see we haven't frightened you off come back and tell us more
