I noticed you have Clobetasol in your profile as your treatment, are you using that on your face? If so that could be part of the problem.
On the patient leaflet for Dermovate Cream which is a Clobetasol propionate it states.
Just a thought.
Options you could try.
Coconut Oil: A great natural moisturiser read more here: Coconut Oil
Dexeryl: Not sure if you can get it in the USA but it's ok to use on your face.
Silkis: Can be applied to the face in moderation.

The face, more than other areas of the body, may exhibit atrophic changes after prolonged treatment with potent topical corticosteroids. This must be borne in mind when treating such conditions as psoriasis
