Guttate psoriasis can be a result of an active infection - typically streptococcus. It's really hard to get rid of all the bacteria in that area.
Just because guttate is called psoriasis doesn't mean the process of the disease is the same as plaque. So Humira may work for one, but not the other. You may also consider the lifespan of TNFs are about two years
