Hi Yumm and as Fred says a big to the club, you have come to a great place for information and advice, as all the members here are sufferers the same as you and me.
Fortunately I have never had guttate psoriasis, but I'm sure several members here will be able to advise you, throat infections are known to trigger flares of the disease. The Health boards are packed with information for you to sift through, and as a member you can use the search button at the top of the page, if you type in "guttate" you will get a list of all the posts that mention it?
I hope that helps
I wish you luck and hope you manage to get clear again.
