Jim is right you should be seeing a dermatologist if you're not. If you are seeing one then you should get another one as you shoudn't be on Dovobet for that amount of time.
To quote Dovobet.
Quote:
Dovobet ointment should be applied to affected areas once daily. The recommended treatment period is 4 weeks. If it is necessary to continue or restart treatment after this period, treatment should be continued after medical review and under regular medical supervision.
When using calcipotriol containing medicinal products, the maximum daily dose should not exceed 15 g. The body surface area treated with calcipotriol containing medicinal products should not exceed 30 %
You can read more about it here: Dovobet Ointment

Welcome to the forum James.Jim certainly is right you should be seeing a dermatologist and as Fred say's there is a maximum time for the use with Dovobet. Try to push for an appointment with a dermatologist as if your GP has kept you on that for 10 years then I am not sure that he/she knows what they are doing.
You will find most answers to your question on here and we have suffered with the dam thing ourselves so we all know what it's like not some theory by so called medical staff.
