I have had good luck using salicylic acid shampoos to remove the scale and coal tar shampoos to keep it from coming back so fast. Right now I am trying the psoriasin shampoo and body wash but gosh it stinks so I mixed a little peppermint oil with it.
Many find treating the scalp with glycerin at night helps but it doesn't seem to help my scalp.I do use it on my plaques and it seems to help a little.Of course I use psoriasin as well,and oxipor to knock the stubborn spots down.
