Could it be that with psoriasis, as sufferers we tend not to get as much exercise as someone without psoriasis as its not a very " social" disease and many tend to keep themselves isolated and comfort eat.. Causing high blood pressure , obesity and the other things that cause pre diabetes or MBS

I would say you're on the right tracks.
#1 Psoriasis makes us self concious so we don't go out so much.
#2 We look for comfort from foods, alcohol, and tobacco.
#3 Exercise can be difficult especially if you have psoriatic arthritis.

That is interesting as both studies have a similar outcome, it is an important finding and should spur us on to exercise more .... Which I can understand is difficult for PsA sufferers
But al least we are more aware of the dangers with you publishing this study
