With us this is called (beware direct translation) nipple cream, often used by women who breast feed their babies. It is used, of course, for cracked nipples.
Indeed it is quite equal to Udder Ointment.

It helps very well if you have some crack in your toes, hands or .. Nipples. But I do not know if it does something for psoriasis, maybe indeed a moisturizing effect but that's all.
