Yes the thought puts a lot of people off. But I have found by reminding people it is only just under the skin and not in the muscle or a blood vein it doesn't sound so bad.
Some say an angle is best, I have found straight in works best for me. I stab it in quick then slowly inject the product before slowly removing it.
Once you have done a few it gets to be a simple process.
