I have no qualifications, but I have read up a bit on methylation, & I have cured psoriatic arthritis (spondylitis to be exact). First step there was to fire my doctor & specialist: arthritis is not a field rheumatologists understand.
Also I implemented a methylation fix that I barely understand, but was at least smart enough to try (taking methyl-folate), last year. It got me out of bed and fully functioning again, nearly overnight. I was sick from two years of chelating mercury, which was reacting with thiol-containing foods I was eating.
