I've also had it covering and inside my ears, no fun at all! I currently am just using coconut oil for my ears and scalp which are my problem areas and it helps by moisturizing. I've used creams in the past which helped a little, but for me I think the coconut oil gave me the same relief. Fred is the one that also told me to try coconut oil.
