Last remarks from my side on this subject.
But you are wrong. There are apps that store the data only on your iPhone. Also e.g. Your fingerprint will be stored only on your iPhone.
Apps like Telegram and OTR encrypt all data in transfer with AES-256.
Also all data you transfer to another place, e.g. By mail you can encrypt with GPG. Currently there is no known way to decrypt if you only have the transferred data.
The only way would be to hack into an computer or iPhone and to install a Trojan horse, e.g. a keylogger.
There is an organisation in Holland, called Bits of Freedom, who educates people in the use of these tools.
This is how things are at the moment, and it is also the last time I will say something about it on this forum as otherwise it will become an endless yes vs no discussion.
