I am a new poster here but I too have seen Vitamin C to be a huge benefit. I was reading on another site that probiotics can really help too. I was taking a brand that actually is designed for the immune system and has Vitamin C included, and I feel like I'm starting to notice a difference! Has anyone else used probiotics? Or seen any benefit? Everything I read says this can really help with your skin...but then I also read a lot of things that it could be deep-seeded emotional distress. So hard to know what can be done for this debilitating issue that is eating my skin alive!
EDIT By Fred website and brand removed.
Hi Jennifer and to the club , we are all very friendly here and although we don't always agree with each other we do respect each other's views . As we all have this awful disease to contend with and share experiences here what works and what doesn't, we are all different and what works for me may well not work for you,
But through the membership here Fred has built a site which is unique. In as much as there are no outside influences whatsoever. It is full of information and constantly being added to
What you read are true experiences.
I hope you will return and let us know how your probiotic and vitamin C diet works there are some on here who try to control the disease with diet but I don't have the willpower and I'm happy on the drug that has cleared my skin . I see you are also on Humira and I'm wondering if it's working for you ?
Thanks for joining and plucking up the courage to post, but as Caroline has said it would be nice if you were to start a thread of your own in introductions
