Mometasone Furoate

I got prescribed Mometasone Furoate this morning by my Dermatologist.  Never heard of it   Anyone ever used it for their Psoriasis?

It's another corticosteroid cream or ointment, I was prescribed it once but it did nothing for me.
I'm not sure how potent it is. But I'm sure someone will know
It is also marketed as elocom

Mometasone Furoate 0.1% w/w

Ingredients:
Hexylene glycol
phosphoric acid
hydrogenated soybean lecithin
titanium dioxide
aluminium starch octenylsuccinate
white wax
white soft paraffin
purified water

Mmmm   yes I Could never spell

I've never heard of it so wasn't sure how it was spelt, but it's what one of my roving reporters came up with.
