Thanks for the info, so ok, yes i know what it is now.

Over the years, i've had all of those.   I still have unfinished tubes of Silkis and Dovobet ointment. I also have an unfinished tube of Diprosalic though not sure if that comes under the Calcitropiol umbrella. Also have an unfinished bottle of Dovobet Gel.

None of the above have been much good in my own experience

Possibly not much use on their own if your skin is used to it
But to help with a stubborn spot while on Fumaderm I use a drop of Dovonex gel .... I have no idea if it works I just assume it does because the spot goes down

I'm on 4 big boy tablets a day now, and if I get a flare, I have 2 more steps back up I can use for control, I meant to add that in the last post
