Aloe Vera and Vitamins

 I feel like I'm selling a scam here by saying I got better by doing nothing so I wokld ask for no one to follow in my foot steps without consulting a dermatologist.  I came off all my meds for personal reasons and I guess I've just been lucky.

It can happen Amanda, I went for about 10 years without anything even after getting psoriatic arthritis too. I know of some that just continue with the odd bit of topical now and again, unfortunately I've never seen anyone in full remission for a long time. But you enjoy it and if you can do without, then I would say stick with it.
