Well thank you all for the warm welcome. I will keep you posted on any new revelations. In the meantime, I plan to navigate this site and possibly try some suggestions etc. Very happy to know there is a site like this to bounce things around and get some great feedback.

Yep like Kat said above "feel free to ask if you need any help finding your way around" none of us a doctors, but we certainly know what it's like living with psoriasis. Our motivation is to share information with others away from the big money and pharma corporate world, information from a mix of people using the products is better than information from sponsored sites any day.

We don't always agree, but also like Kat said we do respect each others opinions. So just dive one in, and if you feel like a change away from psoriasis you will find all sorts of things going on in the members only boards. I'm often found in the Off Topic board offering some sensible words of wisdom.
