Hello Angie I sometimes lost some when I first started using it, it does take a little while to get used to it but the couple of times I lost a little it didn't make any difference. Obviously if you lost it all it would be good, a little bit shouldn't make a lot of difference but I would mention it at your next appointment as they may want to make a note. They may also offer to show you again, if you don't feel confident enough for your next shot.
As for bloods I have one a week before my next shot, I monitor the results and can contact my dermatologist but she also gets a copy and I try to work my next visit in conjunction with my prescription.
Re UVB limits I've never had enough light treatment to be checked, having said that I have my skin checked at every appointment with my dermatologist. It's standard practise and sometimes they set the trainees onto me as it's a training hospital. I also offer skin biopsies if they ever need any or they notice something they would like to investigate, so I'm very well monitored.
Sounds like your are going in the right direction to me.
@Matari I thought cheese in the USA came in a squeezey bottle.
