I had good results with Acitretin and so have some others on this forum. It can take "around" six weeks to notice any improvement, but once you start to notice that things are improving, it works fairly quickly (at least that is how it was for me.)
I am probably one who has said "my psoriasis is better/worse" and never really thought about it. I certainly don't want to own it either! Although I'll probably still be guilty of saying it that way meaning the psoriasis that is currently affecting me is this or that, but it does make one think.
