Aah I see where you are Girty at the top instead of the bottom of the page ....no matter  
Always scroll down the page and start writing after the last quote ( I regularly get it wrong )
You have the ability to edit your post for five minutes after posting


I would think the occasional drink won't do much harm, I was never given any advice when I took it, had I been told no alcohol .. Then I wouldn't have chanced it
