Baking soda for psoriasis

This seems to be working for me   the white flaky patches are reducing and it seems to be a bit smoother, I think I will continue to make this a part of my daily routine.
One thing I wont continue as part of my daily routine is applying it to other areas affected. Lets just sat that "little matt" wasn't too happy, in fact it stung like a @##@@@.

I shouldn't laugh......... But hey it made you dance around a bit  

But I'm glad it's having a good effect everywhere else. I look forward to hearing more when the pain has gone
