Hello Mat to Psoriasis Club
I've not tried it, but it's a manufacture name of Phlebodium Aureum (Polypodium Legucotomos Extract) a type of fern. Also known as Anapsos.
The contents of the capsules are:
(Polypodium Legucotomos Extract) 50 x Concentrate 180mg
Rosehip (incl. seeds) 270mg
Capsule: Vegetable cellulose.
I've been unable to find any real hard evidence of clinical trials to back up the claims.
Recommended 2-3 capsules a day at around 33p per capsule, if you do the maths that's £240 - £360 per year. I doubt it will work and if it does it won't be long term, I would save your money and see a dermatologist for free.
But that's just my personal opinion, and it's your choice.
