Interesting, whilst I do have respect for The British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) that seems a bit over the top to me. Stelara themselves don't mention it as far as I know, my dermatologist has never mentioned it, and I was given brie almost every evening with my meal whilst in dermatology for a week.
I eat loads of Camembert, Brie and blue cheeses, pâté and eggs, obviously chicken should always be cooked well but I also eat undercooked red meat and I've had no problems in 5 years on Stelara.
It may just be me, but I think the British are becoming to soft on what they can and can't eat. Yes it may be wise to avoid some foods if you are really vulnerable, but to stop just because you're using Stelara seems a bit over the top to me.
At the end of the day Angie it's your choice, but I still think it's rubbish.
I've just read through it again and it says:

I think that part would be better worded as "Avoid Salmonella" as it makes it sound like you should avoid the products mentioned, but salmonella can be found in other sources too such as:
Raw fruits and vegetables, alfalfa sprouts, melons, spices, and nuts. It can also be found in snakes, turtles, lizards, frogs, birds, and even in pet food and those that don't wash their hands.
Yep Avoid Salmonella whilst using Stelara, but enjoy a good cheese if you think it's safe.
Are Camembert and Brie pasteurised ? Did not think so.
But should you "Cook" the Camembert before consumption ? That is a good way to kill a cheese.....
It's not only salmonella but I found that dairy could be a problem such as cream if it had been left open for a while plus yogurt could give you the galloping whatsits without making you really ill , in fact many foods can upset your guts without being really bad as they contain enough bugs just to be a nuisance and introduce you to the joy of sitting in contemplation for long periods of time .
