It is very annoying how psa can turn about and kick you, Fred. The relief from subsiding arthritis is exhilarating, so exuberance is inevitable. I used to get despondent about the return of pain, thinking that the psa was back with a vengeance, but now I think of the disease as incurring an underlying fragility. It does not stop me having a go, but it has made me a little more patient, which is also a very good strategy for a tortoise treatment like dmf; Slow, but still reducing my p and psa after over 30 months.
