Thank you, Jim. The food reactions are undoubtedly from taking the drug raw, but as I believe I am getting a greater efficacy from the rapid absorption I will keep taking it this way. You and Caroline might be interested in this article on the current understanding of DMF.

It is very technical but indicates that DMF seems to target the inflammatory process in many ways. That might explain why it is effective for both my p and psa.
