Hello and to Psoriasis Club
I remember being in the same situation when I was younger (Oh those were the days) Oops sorry went a bit off topic there. If it's of any help to you I found out the best thing to do is talk with others about it, Friends, Family, Etc. You don't have to walk around with a sign on your head saying "I have psoriasis" but trust me, being able to talk to others does help.
OK regarding what you said "I can't just tell this gorgeous girl I have a bunch of psoriasis all over and that's why I cant have sex or even chill". Yes you can! I was just the same, I always hid my psoriasis as much as I could and some days just wouldn't even go out. One day I was talking to this girl in the pub who had become a friend of mine, and decided to ask her back to my place for a coffee.
Whilst making the coffee I said I need to talk to a friend about a health problem I have, she said fine lets talk. In those days we didn't have the internet and the only information available was a leaflet from the doctor, so I gave her the leaflet and said this explains all.
I left her reading the leaflet expecting her to make her excuses and leave, but she didn't. She said it didn't bother her and we could all have something wrong with us at some time in our lives, I showed her a patch on my leg and she didn't pull a face or say anything nasty, she asked if it was painful and we ended up having a discussion about psoriasis over coffee.
Things moved on from there and without going into to much detail, I'm still with that girl (now my wife) and have been for over 30 years, she made a post here if you want to read it: Living with Fred
So talk to this girl, tell her to look at this forum and if she walks away, then let her go as she is not worth it.
Good luck and Fill Your Boots.
