These are always in my cupboard at home. I shall have to give this a go!
A week ago, I took a bath everyday that contained half a cup of baking soda and a glass of milk mixed with 2 tsp of olive oil. It's a stretch too far to say that it 'got rid' of my psoriasis, but it definitely took the scale off, and all the patches on my back felt smoother and less bumpy/raised. I definitely recommend adding oils to bathwater, stops the skin from drying out as quickly.
The only downside was after the first couple of times, my skin was super itchy. Had to get through work on antihistamines and ibrupofen. Not sure why, maybe it was because my patches were more 'exposed.'
Or maybe it was a reaction to the olive oil? Just a thought .... And yes substitute coconut oil in the place of olive oil .... Worth a try ......if the coconut oil is solid just warm it slightly it soon turns liquid
