You should be fine breastfeeding with what you are using as long as you don't use the products on your breast. (*However it would be best to confirm this with your dermatologist).
Unfortunately it's difficult to find what will work and it can take a while, also what works for some may not work for others. Another thing is that you may find something is working and then one day it just stops working.
Have a good look through some of the threads on here to get some ideas. I'm not sure on your healthcare system in your country and what is available, but seeing a dermatologist is a step in the right direction.
The Philippines is a good source of good quality Coconut Oil and that would certainly be worth a try, See Here: Coconut Oil
