Hi nice to meet you!
When I had P on my face, my derm told me to use very small amounts of 1% hydrocortisone (the sort you buy over the counter) on a cotton bud (q-tip?). Hydrocortisone has long since stopped working on the rest of me but this really did work.
As many people think that you shouldn't put any kind of hydrocortisone on your face, and since its on your eyelids, I would ask your own derm first. I'm saying this cos I'm expecting others might shout me down! But this did come from an experienced derm at the hospital.
I've only recently realised that my whole life the cracked corners of my mouth in the winter, or the sore bit round the creases (or even up my nose!) are all to do with psoriasis! Good luck, hope your cosentyx treatment is very successful.
