Hi Pingu and welcome 
to the club. I see you have already done your research on the site, so you probably have noticed that we are a small but happy band of sufferers, always ready to offer advice or even receive it . We don't have all the answers but there's usually someone who will try to help
Just dive in and join in, I'm usually in the off topic section so join us there for a chat or a drink anytime
But I know what you mean when you say my name is ....... It is a bit like an introduction on an AA site ( or so I'm told
