You will see "cures " advertised all over the Internet most if not all are scams at best, and a way to empty your wallet, there are a few things that may moisturise your skin and help with the itch. But to be honest you are far better keeping your money in your wallet, and as Fred says work with a dermatologist.
The things you find in this forum are all methods used by members who have nothing to gain by posting what they use . Non of them will ask for money for their knowledge so what you read on here is genuine and not listed by a business trying to make money from you. It's from fellow sufferers trying to help each other
