Unrealistic expectations regarding psoriasis treatments

Is this study a joke. Fred? If the comments on this forum are any measure then I would guess the norm to be that patients are relentlessly stuffed around and offered lesser treatments. I would suggest a study in which the treatment offered to a cohort of patients was evaluated by a group of specialists and compared with what they would consider the gold standard. With better scrutiny of pharmaceutical pricing I think it a standard that we could come much closer to.
