Hello Ando,
Welcome to psoriasisclub. It is really possible that you will find something with us. But unfortunately, as Jim already says, there is no cure. Also we did not find any up to now. The cause of the disease seems to be so deep into our genes that it is not easy repairable.
Creams, potions, except for coconut oil, all finally don't help.
At a certain point you will end with the medications in several ways.
Cheapest are medications like MTX, which to my opinion should be avoided.
There are a lot of others like Acetretin and the dimethyfumarates, that are more expensive, but if used well, they might help. For DMF to be cheap take a look at what Bill is publishing.
Then on the expensive side there are the biologicals, with Stelara as one of the best, but it depends what works for you as everyone is different.
We over here don't know on your financial resources over there in Nigeria, nor about your healthcare system. At least read here in the forum, ask your questions, and talk to your dermatologist.
Cheers,
Caroline.
