Hello Andro and to the forum. You have found a good place to come and get information and support for your psoriasis. But no there is no cure, and depending on how bad your psoriasis is should give your dermatologist an idea which treatment might work for you next.
If you say creams arent working ..... There are many other ways to treat it , but I know nothing of your health system in Nigeria, and what is a available in your country
Look through the prescribed treatments here and learn what others are using.
